Welcome to the Nor Cal Foothills IAHSP Regional Chapter!

The Northern California Foothills IAHSP Regional Chapter was launched in August of 2006 and was founded to provide a professional business association for Home Staging Professionals throughout the Sierras and surrounding Gold Country region. We are the northern most IAHSP chapter in California and support outlying areas and counties until regional chapters form for those areas. Our goal is to foster growth, unity, and networking among peers in the Staging community. Through our efforts we hope to elevate the professionalism of Home Staging throughout the region and work to continually expand our quality of Staging services.

To join the NCFIRC, members must be licensed business owners in the Nevada county, Placer county, or outlying regions and be providing Home Staging Services or Interior Re-designing services. Members must be an ASP?, ASP? Master Staging Professional, or ASP? Real Estate Agent. All members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct.

We meet the 4th Wednesday of each month for business networking where we discuss ways in which we can expand Home Staging and Re-design in this region in the most professional manner, protect our businesses, and create a unified market approach for clients. The annual membership fee is only $25! Additional funds for marketing our chapter are collected as opportunities arise. Members must also join the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), which is $150.00 annually, and remain in current standing as long as they are members of the local IAHSP Chapter. Memberships are renewed and dues collected in January of each calendar year.
